We act as the outsourced finance function for our clients—offering hands-on support across accounting, tax, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. We serve as Finance Officers for DFSA-regulated entities, guide SMEs through VAT and Corporate Tax implementation, and build the financial foundation for fintech and Web3 startups scaling in the UAE and abroad.

While GenForward Advisors is founder-led, we are far from a one-person operation. We tap into a trusted network of seasoned professionals—accountants, tax consultants, legal experts, and regulatory specialists—assembled as needed to deliver tailored and dependable outcomes for every engagement.

At the core of the firm is our founder, Ali Alaa Eddine, whose career spans traditional finance, regulatory audits, and digital asset innovation.

Ali Alaa Eddine is a finance specialist with over a decade of experience spanning financial and regulatory reporting, audit, accounting, and tax. Beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Dubai (PwC), Ali led audits for DIFC-regulated investment firms and developed deep expertise in DFSA reporting frameworks, including PIB returns, client money, and safe custody rules. He holds the GCC VAT Diploma, has completed all CPA examinations, and is a Corporate Tax Diploma exam candidate. After PwC, Ali transitioned into senior advisory roles, providing tax, accounting, and outsourced financial officer services to SMEs and financial institutions across the UAE.

Today, Ali serves as an authorized Finance Officer for DFSA-regulated Category 3C and Category 4 firms while also founding and leading regulated digital asset businesses licensed in Switzerland and the EU. His expertise spans digital asset transactions, DeFi financial reporting, and bridging on-chain activity with traditional compliance standards. Ali continues to offer financial governance, regulatory reporting, and tax advisory services to fund managers, fintech startups, and SMEs navigating both traditional and decentralized finance landscapes.
